We enjoyed dressing up for European Day and sampling some typical European foods such as croissants!!

Have a look at the ‘HAT- TASTIC’ designs Year 7 created!  Well done everyone!

Year 7 have been embracing winter!  We designed our own unique paper snowflakes and created winter cinquain  poems!

Year 7 having a jolly time at their Christmas dinner!

Year 7 enjoyed meeting Santa and telling him about what they'd asked for in their Santa letters.

Year 6 & 7 enjoyed travelling & sitting together at the Grand Opera House.  As you can see from the pictures lunch was an important part of our day!  A great day was had by all.

Congratulations winning the colouring competition by the Bank of Ireland.  We hope you enjoyed your cinema tickets!!! 

           The Bag Game

As part of our Fairtrade topic, we played the 'bag game'.  We had to pretend we were from an undeveloped country and our job was to make paper bags.  We got to experience how hard people in these countries work and for so little money.  We decided that our lives are much better!! 

Year 7 trip to Enniskillen Castle

Year 7 pupils enjoyed a trip to Ennskillen Castle, where they got to experience WW2 for themselves.  Everyone had a great day!!!

          Music Week Activities 

Year 7 had a fun time during Music Week.  Well done to those pupils who entertained us in our concert!!

                World Book Day 

We enjoyed dressing up as some of our favourite characters from books.  Can you guess who we are?

                  Lego Workshop

Year 7 enjoyed participating in a STEM Lego workshop at Castlederg High School.  One of their challenges was to make the tallest possible structure.  

                      Wild About Water

As part of our CRED activity with St Patricks we visited the Castle Park and carried out a number of river investigations.

We followed up our river study by building our own water wheel.  We then had a competition!!!

Year 7 pupils preparing for the K'Nex Challenge.  Congratulations to the two pupils who qualified for the Northern Ireland Finals!!!

Congratulations to Year 7 pupils who participated in weekly lessons and received a certificate and badge to celebrate their individual achievements!

        The Titanic             

Year 7 have been enjoying learning about the Titanic by completing a number of challenges in groups.
